3.3. On the other hand, since forward sales are made only with credit cards belonging to Banks, the BUYER agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she will confirm the relevant interest rates and default interest from his/her bank, and that the provisions regarding interest and default interest in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force will be applied within the scope of the credit card agreement between the Bank and the BUYER.
Return Procedure:
A) In cases where the BUYER uses the right of withdrawal or in cases where the product subject to the order cannot be supplied for various reasons or in cases where it is decided to refund the BUYER with the decisions of the arbitration committee, if the shopping is made by credit card and in installments, the credit card refund procedure is stated below:
If the BUYER has purchased the product in how many installments, the Bank makes the repayment to the BUYER in installments. After the SELLER pays the full amount of the product price to the bank at one time, in the event that the installment expenditures made from the Bank’s POS are refunded to the BUYER’s credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred to the bearer party accounts by the Bank in installments in order to prevent the parties involved in the matter from being victimized. The installment amounts paid by the BUYER until the cancellation of the sale, if the return date and the account cut-off dates of the card do not coincide, 1 (one) refund will be reflected on the card every month and the BUYER will receive the installments paid before the return after the installments of the sale are over, as many months as the number of installments paid before the return and will be deducted from the existing debts.
In case of the return of the goods and services purchased with the card, the SELLER cannot pay the BUYER in cash in accordance with the contract with the Bank. In case of a return transaction, the merchant, i.e. the SELLER, will make the return through the relevant software, and since the merchant, i.e. the SELLER, is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or by offset, the BUYER cannot be paid in cash in accordance with the procedure we have explained above. The return to the credit card will be made by the Bank in accordance with the above procedure after the SELLER pays the price to the Bank at one time.
The BUYER accepts and undertakes that he/she has read and accepted this procedure.
B) Return Procedure for Doorstep Payment and Money Order / EFT Payment Options
In door-to-door payment and money order / EFT payment options, the refund will be made by requesting bank account information from the Consumer and will be made in the form of money order and EFT to the account specified by the Consumer (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member).

Packaging, shipping and delivery costs are borne by the BUYER unless specified free of charge. In this case, the shipping price is added to the total amount of the order and is not included in the product price. Delivery will be delivered by hand at the above-mentioned address of the BUYER via the contracted cargo company. Even if the BUYER is not present at the address of the BUYER at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its performance fully and completely. For this reason, the SELLER is not responsible for damages and expenses arising from the BUYER receiving the product late and / or not receiving it at all. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
3.5. Fast and Easy Shopping: After the order is confirmed, the “CUSTOMER” agrees that if the CUSTOMER clicks the “CONFIRM” tab in the quick and easy shopping section on the order confirmation screen and enters the SMS verification activation code sent to the customer’s mobile phone registered in the system to the relevant section on the site within 180 seconds, the shipping company, delivery address, payment selection and information will be saved and stored under the customer profile information with his / her approval. The relevant information recorded with the consent of the “CUSTOMER” will be stored under the customer’s profile information and in case of the request of the “CUSTOMER”, this information can be removed from the customer profile when requested.
ARTICLE 2- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods / services subject to the contract to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a condition that the Seller is notified by fax, e-mail or 0850 within the same period and that the goods / service is not damaged during the testing of the packaging and its contents within the framework of the provisions of Article 15 and in accordance with the preliminary information that is an integral part of this contract and published on the www.defendertvprotective website. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the goods / services delivered to the 3rd person or the Buyer. Within 10 days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, the cost of the goods / service is returned to the Buyer and the goods / service is returned within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded to the Buyer. The delivery cost of the goods / services returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the Seller.
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.
ç) Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; contracts for the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
e) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables provided in material media if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.
g) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, provision of food and beverages, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be concluded on a specific date or period.
ğ) Contracts relating to services performed instantly in electronic media or contracts relating to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
h) Contracts for services whose performance is started with the consent of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
i) In mobile phone products, if a sim card is inserted and a network connection is established via WiFi, the device will be transferred to 2nd hand status. In accordance with the relevant legislation, within the scope of the right of withdrawal, “the saleable feature of the product should not be lost”. For this reason, products with sim card insertion or WiFi connection cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In case of a defective product, the store should be contacted. The store may request a technical service report.
j) Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature are goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, disposable goods/services, all kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal in all kinds of software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, CD, MD, videocassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) and personal care / cosmetic materials, the packaging of the goods / services must be unopened, intact and unused.
k) Goods / services that are prepared in line with the wishes of the consumer or clearly in line with his personal needs, goods / services that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods / services that are in danger of deterioration or expiration date, disposable goods / services, service contracts where the performance of the service is started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal period expires, Contracts for goods whose prices are determined in stock exchanges or other organized markets, Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, Contracts for the performance of services related to betting and lottery, Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media and contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, All kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal in all kinds of software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, CD, MD, videocassettes, mobile phones, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) and personal care / cosmetic materials, the packaging of the goods / services must be unopened, intact and unused.
